Client can vacuum prior to our arrival to save $ or we can vacuum first for an extra charge-We use the latest vacuums to clean the surface of the carpet & extract loose dust/dirt & reduce stains from the fibres prior to Steam Cleaning. This is like an extra layer of cleaning prior to the steam clean resulting in the cleanest, freshest carpets possible.
NOTE-Heavy Pet hair will need to be removed manually prior to steam cleaning as it clogs the nozzles & machines.
